Listed below is an insight to some of the projects that we have completed over the last 10 years.

The Mansion, Whitney Wood, Herts

Set in 11 acres of secluded grounds, this former government building had various uses over the years.

The mansion was converted into luxury apartments with modern interiors whilst sympathetically restoring the existing building to its original condition dating back to 1872.

Thurloe Square, London, SW7

A beautiful period property purchased for complete refurbishment.

The Oaks, Hertfordshire

A section of rear garden was purchased and a spacious luxury family home built beautifully finished to an exceptionally high standard.  The property sits in the Conservation Area, and therefore, has been designed to complement the surrounding properties and landscape.

Isabel Court, Hoddesdon

A former school was purchased from the Local Authority and converted into modern apartments.  The apartments were finished to an excellent standard throughout with some apartments benefiting from a courtyard style rear garden.

Norris Wood, Broxbourne

A former private home was demolished to make way for a gated development comprising 4 brand new spacious luxury detached houses.

Sawbridgeworth, CM21

The site was formerly a police Station which we purchased and demolished.  Cambridge Terrace is now a row of 4 no. four bedroom Town Houses, finished to a very high standard, with private gardens and allocated parking.

A Victorian property in need of complete modernisation refurbished to modern standards sympathetic to the age and period of the property.
