County & City Developments Ltd are an independent development company established in 1993, designing, building and renovating properties in the Hertfordshire and London area.

We specialise in obtaining  planning permission for the redevelopment of existing properties and rear gardens.  We also have a team dedicated in dealing with both Green Belt and Brownfield sites.

Our in-house contractors ensure all our projects are finished to a very high standard.

County & City are members of the Considerate Construction Scheme and also subscribe to the Help to Buy Government Scheme.

All our brand new Developments come with a 10 year NHBC Warranty.
